How soon can you get to me?
In our core area we're usually with you in 30 to 60 minutes. Further out it takes longer, and we tell you the real time before you book. We don't take jobs more than 2 hours away unless you can't find anyone else.
Can every puncture be repaired?
No. It depends where the damage is. Send us a photo and we'll tell you before we set off. If it can't be repaired, we bring the right new tyre. More on puncture repair.
Can you remove a locking wheel nut without the key?
Yes, usually. We start with a method that doesn't damage the wheel. On the rare occasion that doesn't work, we ask you before trying anything else. Locking wheel nut removal.
What do I need to tell you?
Where you are, your tyre size (it's printed on the side of the tyre, like 225/45 R17) and whether you have the locking wheel nut key. A photo of the tyre helps.
